Return & Shipping policies
All orders are premade and are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service using two delivery options:

USPS Ground Advantage: is our standard shipping method and typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: which usually arrives within 1–3 business days and includes tracking along with up to $100 in insurance.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

Shipping issues and responsibility

Once your package is in transit, responsibility for delivery lies with the United States Postal Service.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help guide you through the claims process where applicable.
